In June, fleurdetroit’s first-ever Style Social event brought together lovers of design, florals, and interiors for an inspiring evening co-hosted by Michigan social media personalities Vanessa Chaverri-Gratz and Haneen Matt. Set against the lush garden backdrop of fleurdetroit, guests experienced a night filled with beauty, creativity, and community.
A Creative Collaboration
The evening began with a live styling demonstration, where fleurdetroit’s event florist Laura, joined by Vanessa and Haneen, built a design together—sharing tips along the way. They styled a bookshelf and coffee table, demonstrating how live plants and flowers can breathe life into a space. The presentation highlighted layering vintage pieces, incorporating florals, and adding personal touches that make a home feel truly lived-in. Attendees left with actionable tips to elevate their own homes, blending intentional design with personal storytelling.

Curated Finds & Garden Vibes
Guests then browsed our curated collection of home and garden treasures, including seasonal favorites handpicked by Vanessa and Haneen. The space buzzed with creativity and conversation as attendees connected over beautiful objects and meaningful design.
Sips, Bites & Special Gifts
The evening wouldn't have been complete without delightful refreshments from Two James Distillery and the delicious artistry of Miroh Meals. Guests were also treated to a special gift with purchases of $125 or more—a sweet surprise that added an extra dose of magic to the experience.
