STUDIO 2021 Is a One-of-a-Kind Celebration of Creativity

As you know I have been a long time supporter of Cranbrook Academy of Art and Art Museum. Every year Cranbrook hosts STUDIO, a one-of-a-kind celebration of creativity. For nearly 90 years, Cranbrook Academy of Art (CAA) has been home to the world’s leading artists, designers, and architects. And this year, for the first time ever, you do not need to be in Southeast Michigan to enjoy this event! STUDIO 2021 is providing virtual access to these 100+ creatives through a robust digital platform.

I am asking you to join me April 24th @ 7:30 PM for the live broadcast, featuring musical and arts entertainment, and/or in visiting the Art Sale, which opens to the public on April 25th. Both the broadcast and the Art Sale are complimentary and there is no financial obligation. More details for both are below. If you are interested, there are opportunities to purchase limited-edition alumni artwork in advance of the sale as well as secure early access to the Art Sale.

The events of the last year have created financial hardships for many, not the least of which is the emerging, independent artist. STUDIO provides a number of ways to help support these artists through the purchasing of their work or direct donations. I hope you will join me for this event to learn more about this organization and the artists that I have devoted so much time supporting. And perhaps you too will be inclined to support them in some capacity. At the very least, I am confident that you will enjoy the chance to experience some of Cranbrook’s incredible talent!
