Our long anticipated Italian terracotta has arrived at fleurdetroit. From order to arrival, this shipment took a year to make its way across the ocean from Italy, but was well worth the wait.

The Benocci Maurizio Terracotta Studio, located in Sinalunga, Italy, is known for quality pieces and attention to detail from production to completion. Their legacy dates back 250 years.

The Benocci family handmakes each piece using high quality clay—worked in plaster molds and dried naturally before firing at a controlled temperature. The finished products have a timeles soft rose color from the Tuscan clay used in production. These processes make for the highest quality pieces, which are weather resistant even in our Midwest climate.

Our shipment was filled with various sized garden ornaments and vessels in both contemporary and traditional styles. The wide variety of terracotta offers something for everyone, no matter your style.
