For the fleurdetroit retail crew, the buzz of the holiday season begins with a low murmur in June when most of the holiday décor arrives in the warehouses—far removed from the natural order of things, now at a feverish pitch! 

Our autumn collection is full of bold color and striking designs. There are five different arrangements, in varying sizes perfect for any occasion from birthday gifts, to anniversary, to ‘just because.’

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Baking is a tradition that many people enjoy partaking in during the holiday season. We asked members of our team for their favorite sweet recipes to share.

Each year our team comes together the last Sunday of October, one week prior to the annual Holiday Open House, to flip the entire shoppe to holiday store sets. The warehouse team has been receiving and processing the holiday merchandise for months leading up to this point, and on set up day, the glitter and organized chaos comes to life—with the help of lots of caffeine, of course!

After years of famous holiday fêtes and décor sales, this year will go down in history! Our devilishly talented elves and design mavens have transformed fleurdetroit into a winter wonderland fit for a czar … or Bergdorf’s nonetheless. We look forward to sharing the magic this weekend!

Tis the season of pumpkins and ghosts! Halloween is such a fun holiday for decorating. Whether your go-to Halloween style is ultra-gory and creepy or classically cute, incorporating touches of the spooky season into your decor is always so much fun.

While we're enjoying the cooler temperatures of fall, plants are as well. Fall is an excellent time to plant pansies, bulbs, and woody ornamentals.
